NutriSoy Fresh Soya Milk with Omega Reduced Sugar

ingredients

  1. 1 cup of NutriSoy Fresh Soya Milk with Omega Reduced Sugar
  2. 1 tsp of rice vinegar
  3. 1 tsp of soy sauce
  4. 1 tbsp pickled mustard  
  5. 1 tbsp green onion
  6. 1 youtiao

Note: Nutrisoy Fresh Soya Milk Omega is available in reduced sugar and no sugar added, you may select according to your preference.

STEP

  1. Finely mince pickled mustard and green onion.
  2. If youtiaos are frozen, you can re-crisp them in the oven at 180℃ for 8-10 minutes or until heated through and crispy. Separate the youtiao pair and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  3. When all the toppings are prepared, pour NutriSoy Fresh Soya Milk with Omega Reduced Sugar into a saucepan and bring it to a boil. Lower the heat to let it simmer for 1 minute. Turn off the heat.
  4. Pour it in a bowl and add 1 tsp of rice vinegar and stir to combine. Mild curdling from the reaction with vinegar is normal. 
  5. Next, add 1 tsp of soy sauce, 1 tbsp of minced pickled mustard, a sprinkle of green onion, and serve with youtiao on the side. Enjoy!
