NutriSoy Fresh Soya Milk with Omega Reduced Sugar
ingredients
- 1 cup of NutriSoy Fresh Soya Milk with Omega Reduced Sugar
- 1 tsp of rice vinegar
- 1 tsp of soy sauce
- 1 tbsp pickled mustard
- 1 tbsp green onion
- 1 youtiao
Note: Nutrisoy Fresh Soya Milk Omega is available in reduced sugar and no sugar added, you may select according to your preference.
STEP
- Finely mince pickled mustard and green onion.
- If youtiaos are frozen, you can re-crisp them in the oven at 180℃ for 8-10 minutes or until heated through and crispy. Separate the youtiao pair and cut into bite-sized pieces.
- When all the toppings are prepared, pour NutriSoy Fresh Soya Milk with Omega Reduced Sugar into a saucepan and bring it to a boil. Lower the heat to let it simmer for 1 minute. Turn off the heat.
- Pour it in a bowl and add 1 tsp of rice vinegar and stir to combine. Mild curdling from the reaction with vinegar is normal.
- Next, add 1 tsp of soy sauce, 1 tbsp of minced pickled mustard, a sprinkle of green onion, and serve with youtiao on the side. Enjoy!
