Original No Sugar Added High Calcium Fresh Soya Milk

ingredients

  1. 200ml NutriSoy Fresh Soya Milk (No Sugar Added)
  2. 1 medium yellow onion, diced
  3. 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  4. 1 block firm tofu, diced into 1cm cubes
  5. 1 tbsp gochujang
  6. 1/2 tbsp of sugar
  7. 1 medium green bell pepper, diced
    To Garnish
  1. -chopped spring onions -toasted sesame seeds

STEP

  1. Heat a frying pan over high heat. Once hot, add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil.
  2. Add diced tofu and fry until golden brown. Set aside to cool.
  3. In the same pan, reduce to medium heat and add 2 tablespoons of oil.
  4. Add chopped onion and bell pepper. Sauté for about 3 minutes.
  5. Add chopped garlic and cook until fragrant.
  6. Stir in gochujang and sugar, mixing well.
  7. Pour in NutriSoy Fresh Soya Milk (No Sugar Added) and bring to a simmer.
  8. Reduce until the sauce thickens to a gravy or glaze consistency.
  9. Return the tofu to the pan and toss to coat evenly in the sauce.
  10. Serve over rice and garnish with chopped spring onion and sesame seeds.
