Once hot, add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil.Add diced tofu and fry until golden brown. Set aside to cool.In the same pan, reduce to medium heat and add 2 tablespoons of oil.Add chopped onion and bell pepper. Sauté for about 3 minutes.Add chopped garlic and cook until fragrant.Stir in gochujang and sugar, mixing well.Pour in NutriSoy Fresh Soya Milk (No Sugar Added) and bring to a simmer.Reduce until the sauce thickens to a gravy or glaze consistency.Return the tofu to the pan and toss to coat evenly in the sauce.Serve over rice and garnish with chopped spring onion and sesame seeds.
