ingredients
- 100g laksa paste
- 2 sticks of lemongrass
- 2 kaffir leaves
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1½ cups NutriSoy Omega No Sugar added Fresh Soya Milk
- 10 large prawns (peeled)
- 5 tau pok
- 5 quail eggs (boiled)
- Turmeric leaf (finely chopped)
instructions
- Heat up a pot and add in vegetable oil
- Add lemongrass and kaffir leaves, lightly sauté
- Add laksa paste
- Pour in NutriSoy Omega No Sugar added Fresh Soya Milk and simmer lightly
- Add prawns till they are cooked
- Add tau pok
- Dish out onto a serving bowl
- Add quail eggs and garnish with turmeric leaf
