ingredients

  1. 100g laksa paste
  2. 2 sticks of lemongrass
  3. 2 kaffir leaves
  4. 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  5. 1½ cups NutriSoy Omega No Sugar added Fresh Soya Milk
  6. 10 large prawns (peeled)
  7. 5 tau pok
  8. 5 quail eggs (boiled)
  9. Turmeric leaf (finely chopped)

instructions

  1. Heat up a pot and add in vegetable oil
  2. Add lemongrass and kaffir leaves, lightly sauté
  3. Add laksa paste
  4. Pour in NutriSoy Omega No Sugar added Fresh Soya Milk and simmer lightly
  5. Add prawns till they are cooked
  6. Add tau pok
  7. Dish out onto a serving bowl
  8. Add quail eggs and garnish with turmeric leaf
