  1. ½ cup instant oats
  2. ½ cup Nutrisoy Fresh Soya Milk No Sugar Added
  3. 1 tbsp maple syrup
  4. 1 tsp chia seed
  5. 1 tsp flaxseed
  6. 2 tbsp chocolate peanut butter
  7. 1 tbsp chocolate chips
  8. Topped with blueberries/banana, chocolate peanut butter, granola

STEP

  1. Combine oats, soymilk, maple syrup, chia seeds, flaxseed, chocolate peanut butter, and chocolate chips in a mason jar.
  2. Mix well until everything is evenly combined.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  4. The next morning, top with blueberries or banana, a spoon of chocolate peanut butter, and granola. Enjoy!
