ingredients

  1. 2 cups wholemeal penne pasta (cooked)
  2. 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  3. 1 stem of leek (chopped)
  4. 3 cloves of garlic (sliced)
  5. A pinch of sea salt
  6. A pinch of cayenne pepper
  7. 2 branches of dried thyme leaves
  8. A pinch of ground black pepper
  9. 1 cup chicken ham (chunks)
  10. 1 cup NutriSoy Omega No Sugar added Fresh Soya Milk

instructions

  1. Heat up a pan and pour in olive oil
  2. Add garlic and leek, cook till lightly coloured
  3. Add thyme leaves and cayenne pepper
  4. Add chicken ham, cook till lightly coloured
  5. Pour in NutriSoy Omega No Sugar added Fresh Soya Milk, sea salt & black pepper
  6. Once ingredients simmer, add the cooked penne
  7. Mix it well and dish it out on a serving plate
  8. Enjoy!
