ingredients
- 2 cups wholemeal penne pasta (cooked)
- 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 stem of leek (chopped)
- 3 cloves of garlic (sliced)
- A pinch of sea salt
- A pinch of cayenne pepper
- 2 branches of dried thyme leaves
- A pinch of ground black pepper
- 1 cup chicken ham (chunks)
- 1 cup NutriSoy Omega No Sugar added Fresh Soya Milk
instructions
- Heat up a pan and pour in olive oil
- Add garlic and leek, cook till lightly coloured
- Add thyme leaves and cayenne pepper
- Add chicken ham, cook till lightly coloured
- Pour in NutriSoy Omega No Sugar added Fresh Soya Milk, sea salt & black pepper
- Once ingredients simmer, add the cooked penne
- Mix it well and dish it out on a serving plate
- Enjoy!
