ingredients

  1. 2 Cups NutriSoy Fresh Soya Milk Omega (No Sugar Added)
  2. 1 serving rice cake
  3. 1 tbsp tom yum paste
  4. 1 tbsp tomato sauce
  5. 3 tbsp plum syrup / sugar
  6. 1 tbsp vegan oyster sauce
  7. 3 vegan prawn
For garnish(optional)
  1. Fried Shallot / Chery Tomato / Coriander
If using sweetened soymilk, adjust the amount of plum syrup as needed

STEP

  1. In a pot over low to medium heat, pour in the NutriSoy Omega Soya Milk. Add tom yum paste, vegan oyster sauce, tomato sauce, and plum syrup. Stir until well combined.
  2. Toss in cherry tomatoes and vegan prawns. Mix gently.
  3. Place the rice cakes into the pot. Ensure they are submerged in the broth.
  4. Cover the pot and let it simmer for about 8 minutes, or until the rice cakes are soft and chewy.
  5. Sprinkle fried shallots and fresh coriander on top before serving.
