NutriSoy Fresh Soya Milk Reduced Sugar

ingredients

  1. 500ml of NutriSoy Fresh Soya Milk Reduced Sugar 
  2. 60g of cornstarch
  3. 1/2 tbsp of vanilla extract
  4. extra fine sugar (for topping)

STEP

  1. In a pot, whisk everything together until smooth.
  2. Heat over medium to high heat, whisking regularly to prevent sticking.
  3. Once boiling, reduce to low heat and continue whisking until the mixture thickens (about 3–5 minutes).
  4. Remove from heat and pour into ramekins or heat-safe bowls.
  5. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  6. Before serving, sprinkle fine sugar on top and dust off any excess.
  7. Using a blowtorch, caramelize the sugar by heating at a 45° angle, about 4 inches away, in a circular motion until golden brown.
  8. Serve and enjoy.
