Berrylicious soya milk popsicles
Nothing tastes better on a sunny day than refreshing homemade popsicles! They’re simple to make, healthy and delicious at the same time.
- 6 whole strawberries
- ½ riped banana
- 8 whole blackberries
- ¾ cup NutriSoy Omega Reduced Sugar Fresh Soya milk
- 1½ tbsp honey
- Remove stems and cut fruits into smaller portions.
- Add fruit to a blender with soya milk and honey.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour blended smoothie into popsicle molds and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
