ingredients

  1. 6 whole strawberries
  2. ½ riped banana
  3. 8 whole blackberries
  4. ¾ cup NutriSoy Omega Reduced Sugar Fresh Soya milk
  5. 1½ tbsp honey

instructions

  1. Remove stems and cut fruits into smaller portions.
  2. Add fruit to a blender with soya milk and honey.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Pour blended smoothie into popsicle molds and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
