ingredients

  1. 215g pancake mix
  2. 1 cup blueberries, chopped
  3. 2 tbsp honey
  4. 1 cube (2cm) butter
  5. Vegetable oil for greasing the pan
  6. 1¼ cups NutriSoy Omega No Sugar added Fresh Soya Milk

instructions

  1. Pour the pancake mix into a mixing bowl
  2. Add in NutriSoy Omega No Sugar added Fresh Soya Milk slowly and mix until smooth
  3. Add chopped blueberries, lightly mashing them
  4. Heat up a pan on medium heat and lightly grease with oil
  5. Pour ¼ cup of the mixture onto the hot pan
  6. Cook until the pancake surface breaks with bubbles
  7. Flip the pancake to cook the underside
