Nutrisoy Fresh Soya Milk with real Oats and Quinoa Reduced Sugar

ingredients

  1. 60g NutriSoy Fresh Soya Milk with real Oats & Quinoa Reduced Sugar

    Unsweetened soy milk option: 80g NutriSoy Fresh Soya Milk No Sugar Added (no need to add water)
  2. 200g enoki
  3. 150g firm tofu
  4. 20g water
  5. 1 tbsp peanut butter
  6. 1/4 tsp salt
  7. 1 tbsp roasted sesame seeds
  8. Garnish: sesame oil, black pepper, sesame seeds

STEP

  1. In a blender, blend tofu, NutriSoy Fresh Soya Milk with real Oats & Quinoa, peanut butter, sesame seeds, salt, and water until smooth
  2. Trim off the root ends of the enoki mushrooms and rinse them thoroughly.
  3. Blanch enoki in boiling water for 1 min, then rinse in cold water.
  4. Pour chilled sauce over enoki. Garnish with sesame oil, pepper & more sesame seeds.
