ingredients

  1. 1 serving noodles
  2. 1 tbsp minced garlic
  3. 250g firm tofu, crumbled
  4. 1 tbsp soy sauce / dark soy sauce
  5. 1 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce
  6. 1 tbsp plum syrup

Sauce:

  1. 250g NutriSoy’s Fresh Soya Milk
  2. 1 tbsp peanut butter
  3. 1.5 tbsp crushed sesame
  4. 1 tbsp mushroom seasoning
  5. 1 tbsp chili oil
  6. 1 tbsp soy sauce

STEP

  1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Set aside.
  2. In a pan, sauté garlic until fragrant. Add crumbled tofu and stir-fry with soy sauce, vegetarian oyster sauce, and plum syrup. Once cooked, transfer the tofu to a bowl.
  3. Using the same pan to prepare the sauce. Add peanut butter, crushed sesame, mushroom seasoning, chili oil and soy sauce. Pour 250g of NutriSoy Fresh Soya Milk into the pan, mix well and simmer until slightly thickened.
  4. Pour the sauce over the noodles, toss to combine, and enjoy!
