ingredients

  1. ½ cup instant oats
  2. ½ cup NutriSoy Fresh Soya Milk with oats & quinoa soymilk
  3. 1 tbsp maple syrup
  4. 1 tsp chia seed
  5. 1 tsp flaxseed
  6. 1 tbsp kinako powder
  7. ½ banana (mashed)
  8. 1 tbsp pistachio spread
  9. Topped with banana, pistachio spread, granola, kinako powder

STEP

  1. Add the oats, soymilk, maple syrup, chia seeds, flaxseed, kinako powder,mashed banana, and pistachio spread into a mason jar.
  2. Mix everything well until smooth.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  4. The next morning, top with sliced banana, a little pistachio spread,granola, and a sprinkle of kinako powder. Enjoy!
