ingredients
- 150g silken tofu
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp vegan peanut butter
- 200ml NutriSoy Fresh Soya Milk Reduced Sugar
STEP
- Blend all the above ingredients together
- Pour over a bowl of cooked thin wheat flour noodles (so-myeon)
- Add some ice cubes
- Garnish with cucumber, egg, tomato and a sprinkle of sesame seeds, and it’s ready to be served!
