ingredients

  1. 150g silken tofu
  2. 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
  3. 1 tbsp vegan peanut butter
  4. 200ml NutriSoy Fresh Soya Milk Reduced Sugar

STEP

  1. Blend all the above ingredients together
  2. Pour over a bowl of cooked thin wheat flour noodles (so-myeon)
  3. Add some ice cubes
  4. Garnish with cucumber, egg, tomato and a sprinkle of sesame seeds, and it’s ready to be served!
