For the Mochi
  1. 130ml NutriSoy Fresh Soya Milk with Real Oats & Quinoa
  2. 10g Caster Sugar
  3. 70g glutinous rice flour
  4. 20g cornstarch
  5. 10g unsalted butter 
For the Cookie Dough 
  1. 100g unsalted butter
  2. 75g caster sugar
  3. 1 egg
  4. 180g all purpose flour / top flour
  5. 15g matcha powder 
  6. 2g baking powder 
  7. pinch of salt
  8. Chocolate chips 


  1. First, mix all mochi ingredients except butter and steam. 
  2. Add butter to mix and chill in the fridge.
  3. Mix cookie dough as per video and chill in the fridge for an hour. 
  4. Weigh cookie dough and wrap mochi in it. 
  5. Add chocolate chips and bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 12-14 mins
