NutriSoy High Calcium Fresh Soya Milk

ingredients

  1. 3 cups water
  2. 5 whole cloves
  3. 10 cardamom pods, lightly crushed
  4. 1 tsp ground ginger
  5. 2 cinnamon sticks, broken into pieces
  6. ½ vanilla bean, split lengthwise and scraped
  7. ⅓ cup honey
  8. 1½ cups NutriSoy High Calcium Fresh Soya Milk
  9. 4 black tea bags

instructions

  1. Heat up a small saucepan of water
  2. In a mortar, crush the cloves, cardamom pods and cinnamon sticks
  3. Transfer the crushed spices into the saucepan
  4. Add ginger and vanilla bean scrapings into the saucepan and bring to a boil over high heat
  5. Drop in the black tea bags and whisk in honey
  6. Let the tea simmer for about 15 minutes on low heat, until mixture is aromatic
  7. Add in soya milk and mix everything together
  8. Sieve out the chai tea into your serving pot!

ingredients

  1. 1 tsp matcha
  2. 1 cup NutriSoy High Calcium Fresh Soya Milk
  3. 2 tsp honey

instructions

  1. Heat up a pan on low heat
  2. Add in NutriSoy High Calcium Fresh Soya Milk and honey
  3. Mix until smooth
  4. Use a fine strainer to sift out matcha into your serving mug
  5. Pour the steamed soya milk into the serving mug and whisk
  6. Drizzle with more honey and add a sprinkling of matcha
  7. Ready to serve!
