ingredients

  1. ½ cup instant oats
  2. ½ cup NutriSoy Fresh Soya Milk Reduced Sugar
  3. 1 tsp chia seed
  4. 1 tsp flaxseed
  5. 1 tbsp cacoa powder
  6. 1 tbsp instant coffee powder
  7. ½ cup vegan yogurt
  8. Topped with granola, chocolate peanut butter, 1 layer yogurt, cocoa powder

STEP

  1. Add the oats, soymilk, chia seeds, flaxseed, cocoa powder, instant coffee, and vegan yogurt to a mason jar.
  2. Mix everything well until smooth and combined.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  4. The next morning, add your toppings: granola, a bit of chocolate peanut butter, a layer of yogurt, and a dusting of cocoa powder. Enjoy!
