Nutrisoy Fresh Soya Milk Reduced Sugar

ingredients

  1. 150g of NutriSoy Fresh Soya Milk Reduced Sugar
  2. 15g Maple Syrup
  3. 5g Cornstarch
  4. 0.5g Agar Agar Powder
  5. 5g Matcha Powder

Topping

  1. 20g Shiratamako
  2. 20ml NutriSoy Fresh Soya Milk Reduced Sugar
  3. 2 tbsp Anko(red bean)

STEP

  1. Add NutriSoy Fresh Soya Milk Reduced Sugar, maple syrup, cornstarch and agar agar powder in a pot and stir well before bringing it to a stove to boil (about 3-5 mins).
  2. Keep stirring as it comes to a boil.
  3. Once boiled, strain the mixture through a fine strainer and pour mixture into heatproof ramekins/container.
  4. Place container/ramekins into refrigerator and chill for at least 40 mins.
  5. Topping
  6. Mix the shiratamako and NutriSoy Fresh Soya Milk to make a dough and roll it into balls.
  7. In a pot of boiling water, add them one by one. Once they float to the surface, remove them and place them in a bowl of ice water.
  8. To serve put the Shiratama Dango and anko(red bean) on top of the chilled pudding.
