Add NutriSoy Fresh Soya Milk Reduced Sugar, maple syrup, cornstarch and agar agar powder in a pot and stir well before bringing it to a stove to boil (about 3-5 mins).
Keep stirring as it comes to a boil.
Once boiled, strain the mixture through a fine strainer and pour mixture into heatproof ramekins/container.
Place container/ramekins into refrigerator and chill for at least 40 mins.
Topping
Mix the shiratamako and NutriSoy Fresh Soya Milk to make a dough and roll it into balls.
In a pot of boiling water, add them one by one. Once they float to the surface, remove them and place them in a bowl of ice water.
To serve put the Shiratama Dango and anko(red bean) on top of the chilled pudding.
