Home > Recipe > Vegan Rosé Tteokbokki Vegan Rosé Tteokbokki Share A Recipe 40 mins 2 pax Share: Share on facebook Share on twitter Share on email Share on facebook Share on twitter Share on whatsapp Share on email Made with: Nutrisoy Fresh Soya Milk No Sugar Added View Product ingredients 250ml of NutriSoy Fresh Soya Milk No Sugar Added ½ Yellow Onion 300g Tteokbokki 1 tbsp of Chopped Garlic 2 tbsp of Gochujang(Chilli Paste) 1 tbsp of Gochugaru (Chilli Powder) –optional 1 tbsp of Soy Sauce 1 tbsp Sugar 2 Stalks of Spring onion 500ml of Water STEP Soak tteokbokki in water for 10 mins Slice the onion thinly and cut the spring onion into 2 cm lengths, separating the white and green parts. Heat a deep pan over medium heat and add oil. Once the pan is heated, add the onion, white parts of the spring onion, and garlic. Stir-fry for about 1 to 2 minutes until fragrant. Add to the pot the gochujang, gochugaru, soy sauce, sugar and water. Stir to mix well and bring liquid to a boil. Drain tteokbokki and add into the pot. Cook for about 10 minutes, or until the liquid has reduced to a sauce. Add in NutriSoy Fresh Soya Milk with No Sugar Added and ring to a simmer (about 5 minutes), then add the green parts of the spring onions. Serve and enjoy!
