Nutrisoy Fresh Soya Milk No Sugar Added

ingredients

  1. 250ml of NutriSoy Fresh Soya Milk No Sugar Added
  2. ½ Yellow Onion
  3. 300g Tteokbokki
  4. 1 tbsp of Chopped Garlic
  5. 2 tbsp of Gochujang(Chilli Paste)
  6. 1 tbsp of Gochugaru (Chilli Powder) –optional
  7. 1 tbsp of Soy Sauce
  8. 1 tbsp Sugar
  9. 2 Stalks of Spring onion
  10. 500ml of Water

STEP

  1. Soak tteokbokki in water for 10 mins
  2. Slice the onion thinly and cut the spring onion into 2 cm lengths, separating the white and green parts.
  3. Heat a deep pan over medium heat and add oil.
  4. Once the pan is heated, add the onion, white parts of the spring onion, and garlic. Stir-fry for about 1 to 2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Add to the pot the gochujang, gochugaru, soy sauce, sugar and water.
  6. Stir to mix well and bring liquid to a boil.
  7. Drain tteokbokki and add into the pot.
  8. Cook for about 10 minutes, or until the liquid has reduced to a sauce.
  9. Add in NutriSoy Fresh Soya Milk with No Sugar Added and ring to a simmer (about 5 minutes), then add the green parts of the spring onions.
  10. Serve and enjoy!
