ingredients

Mochi

  1. 1 Cup NutriSoy Fresh Soya Milk Reduced Sugar
  2. ½ Cup Tapioca Starch
  3. 1½ tbsp Sugar

Coating

  1. 4 tbsp of black sesame powder mixed with 1 tbsp of sugar

STEP

  1. In a non-stick pot, add in tapioca starch, sugar and NutriSoy Fresh Soya Milk Reduced Sugar.
  2. Mix thoroughly until no lumps remain.
  3. Over low to medium heat, use a rubber spatula to continuously stir the mixture until it thickens and can be formed into a single ball, in about 6 to 8 minutes.
  4. Once thickened, use tongs and scissors to cut into smaller pieces, then coat with the powders and enjoy!
